We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Sorry we are not shipping International at this time.
We try to ship all order by the date noted on the item, but please be aware sometimes a delay will arise If you have a due date you need your item by please contact us to confirm shipping times before ordering.
Some Items like clothing may take up to 2 weeks to ship, we are a small family business so we are unable to stock every size and color we offer. Orders can not be canceled since we place the order with our vendor at the time you place the order.
Most other items will ship in 72 hrs. and we have marked items with a est. shipping time on the product pages to help you know what items we
ship quickly.
Shipping information: Lavington designs offers flat rate shipping, items will be shipped using the best method for us. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments. Weather delays and other delays caused by the carrier of the packages is not the responsibility of Lavington designs. When shipping larger orders Lavington designs may choose to have a signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Personalized Items: Personalized items are not returnable unless the error is on our end. Please double check your order details before placing.
If you find you have made a error PLEASE contact us and we will try to work with you on getting your item redone at a discounted price.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
